Product Introduction

The YE4 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a totally enclosed, self-fan-cooled (TEFC) three-phase induction motor independently developed and designed by our company. Its efficiency performance complies with the Grade 2 efficiency requirements specified in GB 18613-2020 “Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors”, and is consistent with the recommended values (IE4) in Appendix A of IEC 60034-31.

The frame size range of this series is 80–355. Power ratings and mounting dimensions comply with GB/T 4772.1 / IEC 60072-1 and GB/T 4772.2 / IEC 60072-2 standards.

Product Features

a) The main terminal box is mounted on the top of the motor frame and allows left or right cable entry, meeting different user wiring requirements.

b) Motors with frame size 160 and above can be equipped, upon request, with stator temperature sensors, bearing temperature sensors, space heaters, and online oil injection/drain devices.

c) The terminal box, frame, end shields, and fan cover feature an attractive and modern design, contributing to noise reduction and improved ventilation.

d) The motor adopts a Class 155 (F) insulation system, extending service life.

e) Duty type is S1, cooling method IC411, and enclosure protection class IP55.

f) Suitable for various application environments such as W, TH, WTH, WF1, and WF2, where:

• W: outdoor, light corrosion protection

• TH: humid and hot environment

• WTH: outdoor, humid and hot environment

• F1: indoor, medium corrosion protection

• F2: indoor, strong corrosion protection

• WF1: outdoor, medium corrosion protection

• WF2: outdoor, strong corrosion protection

g) For convenient load connection, a C-type center hole is reserved on the shaft extension end face.
