FBCDZ (formerly BDK) Series — High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving Counter-Rotating Main Ventilators
Shaanxi Lite Simo Motor, in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Science and Technology Beijing, jointly developed the FBCDZ (originally BDK) series of high-efficiency, energy-saving mine counter-rotating main ventilation fans, which reach contemporary international advanced levels. This product line has been awarded multiple national and provincial honors, including: a National New Product / Outstanding New Product & New Technology Award Certificate, a National Torch Program Project Certificate, a High-Tech Product Certificate, and the First Prize of the First Henan Province Safety Production Science & Technology Progress.
The product family also holds four utility-model patents for:
a safe and reliable mine explosion-proof counter-rotating main ventilator;
a low-noise mine explosion-proof counter-rotating main ventilator;
a blade-adjusting fixing device;
an adjustable wheel assembly for counter-rotating fans.
The full series covers machine sizes No. 14 through No. 42.
Product offerings around this program include Nanyang explosion-proof motors, servo motors, variable-frequency motors, inverters, and soft-starter cabinets.
Since entering production, both output and sales have grown year by year. In the past three years the company has sold approximately 300 counter-rotating main ventilators. A representative performance case is the BDK618-10-No.38 main ventilator used at Bailongshan Coal Mine.
